The ideal candidate will display: a working knowledge of economic development issues and practices; knowledge and experience of industrial development; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with existing industries, 产业联盟, and community leaders; ability to analyze a situation and develop an effective course of action; ability to be a team player; self-motivation and ability to work without supervision; strong written and oral presentation skills; good organization in a multi-task environment; strong computer skills; ability to plan, 组织, prioritize daily activities and assignments; ability to perform under stress when confronted with emergency situations and/or tight deadlines.
